Return Procedure - Europe

- Check your shipping label for return instructions.
- Locate the lower yellow box on your label.
» If it reads, "Return Tag: Detach and include in box with return part," then your defective part needs to be returned to HP. Please follow to section #2 for details on how to process the part return.
» If the yellow area is blank, then the returns of the defective part is not needed. Please dispose of the part in an environmentally friendly way.
» Label samples - Returnable, Scrap
- Follow the instructions as printed on the label (repeated below):
- Remove the top part of shipping label for your receipt.
» Peel from the yellow corner - Example image.
» You are wanting to separate the two layers (or "ply") of the label.
» This should reveal the return shipping label pre-attached to the box, underneath a sheet of clear adhesive (tape). - Example image.
» If box begins to tear, please attempt removal at a different location on the label.
- Peel off the Return Tag and place in box with defective part being returned.
- To arrange pick up of the defective part, please call your local UPS carrier on the telephone number below and quote account number.
» Phone numbers are unique to the courier, country and parts stocking location. They may be unique between different parts.
